What is self-care? To me it’s anything you to recharge your batteries. On a deeper level it’s a way to build resilience, to get to know my unique needs and how to meet them, to find ways of nourishing all parts of myself.
Why self-care? Life is not all Zen moments and sitting in waterfalls in the lotus position right? So we need a tool kit of ways to nourish ourselves from our inner core to our outer body and everything in between.
