The photos in this eBook are a feast for the eyes, the recipes so tempting and guilt-free, and whilst as Kate’s Number One Fan I have been privileged to sample and enjoy many of her creations, I am inspired to get busy and make any and all of these recipes for myself. Maihuku, Geelong.

How do you make the base so even?
Kate –
Hi Laura,
Good question, thanks. I did a bit of experimenting and I found the best way is to use the back of a tablespoon to press it into the tin and even it out! It takes a few minutes but it’s worth it 🙂
I hope this helps, send me a pic on Facebook!
