A dynamic path..
I've never been one to sit idly by, waiting for life to give me fulfilment or expecting that my happiness will appear whilst sitting in a stream in the lotus position (Oooooommmmmm).
That's the image conjured when I think about mainstream wellness - or what I like to call "salad and workout" syndrome. Happiness lies at the bottom of your latest rainbow salad or in a puddle of sweat right?
Holistic wellness is a lifetime journey. It's about learning about what you need, through experience, insight, introspection, mindfulness and self-development. What works for me may not work for you.
So it makes sense that when you come to a true understanding of yourself and what your needs are, only then can you begin to create true and long lasting change. Without this knowledge of self, it's a whole lot of insert failure here.. You don't have time for that anymore, let's start effecting true change NOW.

My learning began when I got Psoriasis at 19. This persistent, misunderstood and downright infuriating skin disorder damn near drove me to madness. It can be a constant, every day, every moment struggle.
On the flip side, it has also without a doubt been my greatest teacher, my diamond in the dirt so to speak and still is today. It's my health barometer, and because of it I have been down many roads to find healing:
