I aim to help people, organisations and community groups find and maintain wellbeing with my unique (and free!) Wellness Map, Dynamic Wellness courses, bodywork and healthy living blog. Here on this site I share my knowledge, intuition, experience and a little beauty and colour from my life in the pictures you see.

We all know that living a healthy life requires more than diet and exercise, but knowing is not always enough to help us change..
This is pretty normal in our modern lives ~
- We don’t make much time for ourselves
- Our health is high in our awareness but low on our priority list (wouldn’t it be nice if healthy living happened all by itself?)
- After trying for a while we get to a certain point in our health then hit a roadblock
- It’s scary to take a good look at our health and lifestyle without supportive tools and people (especially if it’s a mess)

Author of a 12 week wellness course, Holistic Counsellor, Wellness Coach, Ka Huna Massage therapist, Kate has spent the last 20 years personally and professionally studying wellness, healthcare and nutrition. Since the age of 19 she has been learning about healthy living as a way of coping with her Psoriasis.
Instead of accepting unappealing treatment, she found so much more than a solution to her problem – she found ways to learn and grow from it. Now Kate does the same for others, no matter what health or personal hurdles they face.
Through workshops, one-on-one sessions, her Dynamic Wellness course and online community, she aims to inspire others to find real and achievable ways to thrive. Her personal and professional life experience and down to earth, tangible approach combine, to facilitate deep and long lasting change.
With creativity and insight, Kate connects to people all over the world, guides them to take charge of their health and live from an inner space of creativity and possibility.
